Intellifind.ai is an AI-powered platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage and interact with their data, enabling users to manage these files and extract insights using a simple, chat-based interface.

What problem is it solving? Small businesses often struggle with unorganized, scattered data, and lack the technical expertise to manage it effectively. Intellifind.ai addresses this by simplifying complex data management tasks like organizing files, automating invoicing, and tracking inventory, allowing businesses to make data-driven decisions without requiring a dedicated tech team.

How does Intellifind.ai solve it? Intellifind.ai offers features like a&nbsp;Knowledge Database&nbsp;where users can upload files and get quick insights via AI,&nbsp;Invoicing&nbsp;that automatically processes and converts invoices to CSVs, and&nbsp;Inventory Management&nbsp;that tracks stock levels in real-time, sends alerts, and provides visual data. All of this is achieved through an intuitive chat interface that simplifies the entire process.

Who are the end users? The primary users are small and medium business owners — like shop owners, cafe managers, and service providers — who need an easy way to manage data without technical expertise. Additionally, non-technical staff, such as accountants and store managers, and collaborative teams working with shared business data are also key users. The platform is suitable for those aged 25–55 who seek a straightforward solution for business operations.

The current Intellifind.ai website was reviewed to evaluate its design, usability, and performance. The audit revealed key issues including outdated UI, poor accessibility, limited scalability on Webflow.

Through stakeholder interviews, user persona creation, competitor analysis, and a thorough website audit, we uncovered key gaps in usability, trust, and scalability. These insights laid a strong foundation for reimagining the website experience — guided by real user needs, modern design principles, and the brand’s evolving identity. With clear direction, we moved confidently into the design phase.

Understand Zyntrio’s vision, services, target audience, and business goals. This includes reviewing their existing materials, conducting stakeholder interviews, and identifying their unique value proposition.

2. Industry Study — Research similar industry websites to identify design patterns

Explore websites of other IT service companies to identify current trends, layout patterns, tone of communication, and user experience strategies. This helps ensure the design feels familiar yet modern for the target audience.

3. Competitor Analysis — Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses

Study direct and indirect competitors to identify what works well and where they fall short. This involves comparing features, visual styles, content structure, and calls to action to inform better design decisions.

4. Wireframing — Create wireframes and define information architecture

Develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline the structure and flow of the website. Define a clear information hierarchy to ensure users can navigate intuitively and find key information without friction.

5. Hi-Fi Design — Design high-fidelity visual mockups

Translate wireframes into polished, high-fidelity mockups that reflect the brand’s identity. Focus on layout, typography, color, iconography, and interactions to create a professional and trustworthy digital presence.

The goal of this project was to design a modern, intuitive, and trustworthy website for Zyntrio — an IT services company.The website needed to clearly communicate the company’s core offerings, build trust with enterprise-level visitors, and guide them toward conversion through strategic content placement and clear calls to action.
